Hello CMHA Teams and Families,

 

This year CMHA chose to use local photographer, Vincent Photography for our 2024/2025 photos.

 

Individual player photos will take place over the following 4 days:

 

Thursday, September 26 - U18 Female, U18 Bucks, U11 A, U11 B, U13 Bucks

Tuesday, October 8 - U13 Avs, Female Development Teams and some rec/house teams

Wednesday, October 16 - U15 Bucks, U15 T3 Bucks and some rec/house teams

Thursday, October 17 - remaining rec/house teams

 

• These photo sessions will take place at the Cranbrook Community Living Center (1402 1st St. S) across from Baker Park (Sign now says "Nexus")
• You will need to be there 15 minutes ahead of your photo time
• Attached is the order form that will be available ahead of your photo night from your Manager, for you to complete and bring along with payment. Options for payment include cash, cheque or e-transfer (preferred). Instructions are included on the attached order form. (you can ignore the instructions on the order form to "Seal and bring to the Photographer on photo day".
• Items to bring to the individual photo sessions: Completed order form and payment, jersey, hockey pants, stick and gloves - No green tape please
• Managers of teams will be responsible for ensuring that a printed listing of the team with names and jersey numbers is provided to the Photo Coordinator on site that evening. This will help to ensure that we can match the player’s photo with the team/name.

 

Team Photos will take place during a short 10-minute window of one of your ice times, the week of October 21-27.

 

• These short sessions will take place either at the beginning or end of your ice time, on the ice, and will be communicated to you through your team’s Manager. The photographer will be coming onto the ice to take this photo.
• Teams are to dress for this ice time in your game jerseys and socks (even though this ice time may be a practice) - Again, no green tape or laces please.

 

Photos are expected to be available for pick up the week of December 2^nd.

Please note that the "Wallet" size options are not Trader Cards/Hockey Cards, they are smaller prints of the larger sizes. There is not an option for Trader Cards/Hockey cards this year. 

 

If you want other photo items such as Trader Cards/Hockey Cards, Poster Size, mugs, magnets, Christmas ornaments, etc. it is suggested to purchase the digital copy and use that to take to Cranbrook Photo or another photo lab for processing.
